Athletics gives students benefits beyond the mental and physical health. Athletic competition is an excellent vehicle to develop discipline, teamwork, and leadership as well as strong, healthy bodies.
By participating in a sport students will grow spiritually as they understand the concepts of working together in the Body of Christ. Students gain an understanding of their person strengths and weaknesses and work together to become the best they can be individually and as a team, thus understanding the role they each play and the excellence God has called us to in the Body of Christ.

MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS RECOGNITION
At the conclusion of each sports season (fall, winter, and spring), we gather to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of our Faith Christian School student-athletes. Each student-athlete receives a participation certificate and there are also special awards given by coaches (i.e. Most Improved, Most Valuable, and Eagle Award, defensive player). Coaches might also do team parties to celebrate the season.
