Varsity HEAD Coach – BRIAN POLLARD
Coach Pollard has been the boys head varsity basketball coach since 1996-97 season, compiling a record of 433-211. Coach Pollard looks at developing not only the player but also the person. He incorporates Christ like values in his basketball team feeling the struggles of competition can be translated into every day life.

Christian is returning for his 2nd season assisting Coach Brian Pollard.
Varsity Assistant Coach – CARSON POLLARD
Carson is assisting varsity for his 3rd season assisting Coach Brian Pollard. He looks forward to the season each year.
JV & JV2 HEAD Coach – Dave Karmas
Coach Karmas has previously coached 5th through 8th grade basketball. This year he is coaching the high school JV team. He has a total of 7 years coaching experience. Coach Karmas likes that he is able to coach with his faith integrated into the sport. ‘Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.’ 1 Corinthians 9:25
JV & JV2 ASSISTANT Coach – JOSIAH Karmas
Coach Josiah Karmas , ’23 FCS alum, is assisting the JV and JV2 teams. He played basketball while at Faith and played one year of college basketball at Judson University. He is currently attending Gateway Technical College pursuing a technical diploma for a Computer Support Technician. And he works for his dad at their CNC Machining business.

Varsity HEAD Coach – TODD BALLARD
Coach Ballard has coaching basketball for 7 years. His desire is to empower the kids to believe that hard work and discipline are two of the most important aspects of a person’s life, both Spiritually and in athletics too. While he loves to compete and win, his main goal is to build God-honoring athletes, win or lose!
Varsity ASSISTANT Coach – NILE FINNEY
Coach Finney is a former Division 1 player who as a high school coach won two state championships. He also coached at the collegiate level. He is the Athletic Director at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI.
Varsity ASSISTANT Coach – NATE FETTIG
Coach Fettig, ’19 FCS alum, is a defensive minded coach who will be assisting the team how to defend from all angles.
Varsity ASSISTANT Coach – ANNABELLE SCHMIDT
Coach Annabelle, ’24 FCS alum, played 4 years of basketball at Faith and is returning as an assistant coach and statistician.
