2023-2024 Eligibility Policy for all 5th-12th grade student-athletes
Sports Physicals
A sports physical is required for student-athletes in 9th and 11th grade. This must be completed by a doctor or nurse practitioner. The alternative-year card is required for student-athletes in 10th & 12th grade. This can be completed by a parent and/or legal guardian. These must be turned in prior to the first official practice of the season in order to participate.
